SC voting machines not set to zero before voting started….

The voting machines in Horry County, South Carolina were not reset to zero before the first voters came to cast their ballots, the state’s Election Commission admitted today.

The Commission stated that the technicians perform a “clear and test” procedure on all machines prior to the machines accepting votes, but in this case, it was not carried out before people arrived at the precincts to vote.

“This resets the test votes recorded on the machine to zero,” a press release by the Commission read. “Without performing this measure, the voting system will not allow machines to be opened for voting on election day.”

But the Commission blamed the delay on human error, even though Election Systems & Software voting machines used in South Carolina were decertified by the California Secretary of State last year, after the company refused to provide information necessary to review the voting systems, as required by state law.

“Some voters cast paper ballots today in 15-20 precincts because voting machines were not ready to accept votes,” the Commission stated. “This issue was due to a human error in preparing the machines for the primary.

The 2008 Primary season has been wracked by allegations of vote fraud stemming from the use of unreliable and easily hackable voting machines belonging to Diebold and ES&S and other vendors.

New Hampshire was forced to carry out a state-wide manual recount after discrepancies emerged between hand counted and machine counted votes.

Major Network News Anchors

The American people are asking you to step up and tell us what is happening to this country. We know you know. We know you have information we need. But, because you fear for your jobs (at least), you play along and allow the Puppet Master to take this dying Democracy like candy from a baby.

There are few persons on the planet who Americans, and the world, place their faith in, to show them the truth.

Is it just about the money?

What happened to you?

It is clear now that you do not care about us anymore. What is not clear, is what you DO care about.

Why do you continue this charade? How do you do it? What drives you? A mortgage?

I have young children. You might also have young children, or grandchildren. Do you suppose they will not feel any of the pain and suffering that is seeping in slowly and methodically to our system of government? You think they will be isolated from it?  How do you know they will be like you.

Maybe they will be like me.

Maybe they will look back at their mother, or their father and wonder… could you?

Maybe their flat screens and custom headboads will be meaningless to them when they see all the blood in the streets, and a country that looks nothing like the one you had the honor to grow up in. Maybe they will look at your work and decide against it.

Why do you do it? What drives you?

It’s a dirty job and someones gotta do it?

It’s too late to fix it- so why bother?

The people are stupid and aren’t worth your courage?

Which one among you will be the one to speak to the American people about the truth. consistently. No deals. No back room arrangements for compromises. Just 24/7 truth —- not when it’s so late that it’s too late. But, when it matters right now. We see a small number of you trying. But, we also see the deals that must have been made later, because truth is a good thing, until it can change things. Then, it becomes dangerous.

Which one of you?

You ?

There are a small handfull who get on the airwaves each day and risk it all to inform the people. They are constantly under fire and threatened. They too have famlies and mortgages. If it weren’t for them, I wouldn’t even be here now to blog this. Some of them have been fired or *transferred*. Some of them can’t pay thier bills. All of them have a conscience.

Blackwater gets millions – Walter Reed gets rats.

Soldiers Face Neglect, Frustration At Army’s Top

Medical Facility

Washington Post Staff Writers
Sunday, February 18, 2007; Page A01

Behind the door of Army Spec. Jeremy Duncan’s room, part of the wall is torn and hangs in the air, weighted down with black mold. When the wounded combat engineer stands in his shower and looks up, he can see the bathtub on the floor above through a rotted hole. The entire building, constructed between the world wars, often smells like greasy carry-out. Signs of neglect are everywhere: mouse droppings, belly-up cockroaches, stained carpets, cheap mattresses. This is the world of Building 18, not the kind of place where Duncan expected to recover when he was evacuated to Walter Reed Army Medical Center from Iraq last February with a broken neck and a shredded left ear, nearly dead from blood loss. But the old lodge, just outside the gates of the hospital and five miles up the road from the White House, has housed hundreds of maimed soldiers recuperating from injuries suffered in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan., that story is from 2007. It’s old news. I haven’t heard a single other thing about it.

Soldiers with Blackwater Private Security Firm are contracted with our gov. for millions.

Do you want to see some picutures of Walter Reed Hospital ?

Bottom line: If you can’t fight anymore, you are of no use to us.

Saving Money: Blackwater vs. Military
Exactly how much money does the United States government pay Blackwater to secure diplpomatic personnel? The report says an average of $1,222 a day for each guard, or $445,891 a year. That’s “significantly higher than the costs that would be incurred by the military,” the paper says. It follows with a comparison:

The security services provided by Blackwater would typically be performed by an Army Sergeant, whose salary, housing, and subsistence pay range from approximately $140 to $190 per day, depending on rank and years of service. On an annual basis, the salary, housing, and subsistence pay of an Army Sergeant ranges from $51,100 to $69,350 per year. The amount the government pays Blackwater for these same services is approximately six to nine times greater.

Thou Shall Not Kill (the exceptions)

Except for when we need a reason to go to war with Iraq.

Except for when we are fighting for oil (and dominion)  in Iraq.

Except when women and childen get in the way of killing while fighting for oil in Iraq.

Except when voting systems need to be adjusted so we can stay and kill in Iraq.

Except when there is a lot of money at stake.

Who wrote those darn commandments anyway ???????????

Greg KearNEY: “Mormons do not speak with one political voice!”

Protest regarding the 11 page letter sent out by Freedom Defense Advocates about the Mormon Church:

“This is old chestnut stuff that we’ve dealt with for years and years and years,” said Greg KearNEY, a member of the Foundation for Apologetic Information & Research, a nonprofit organization that runs a Web site explaining and defending Mormon doctrine, belief and practice. He read the letter at our request.

“The idea that Mormons speak with one political voice and one political motive is just plain nonsense,” Kearney said.”

He didn’t see where nearly 100% of mormons in the republican party voted for Mitt Romney in Nevada.

See what this *blog* has printed:

Politifact can easily refresh.

I am appealing to John Edwards to run for Governor of Utah, or Nevada. The good people of those conservative states are begging for liberation from those damn liberals.

Here’s your talking points:

Tell them you are anti abortion, anti gay, anti immigration, anti truth, anti privacy, anti constitution, anti truth, anti cancer cures, anti holistic medicine, anti truth, anti free press, yadda yadda…..but PRO VACCINATIONS, because you realize that is one way to control the species.

Tell them that every new child will be named after romNEY, bob NEY, dick cheNEY, and sweeNEY. Because you have the inside info that all other politicians, outside the Circle Of Trust , don’t have.

Tell them you want to torture the hell out of the Iraqi women and children. Tell them that you will personally fund Blackwater for the next 20 years. Then, to prove it, hire their top man to help run your campaign.

Tell them that Deibold is in your geneology and all is well.

Tell them you will NEVER bring our troops home, and you will not take care of them when they return without legs. Tell them you will keep prying eyes out of all church financials because THAT money could go a long way in helping to rebuild Walter Reed.

Tell them you will make big oil richer and richer.

Tell them you will fly the Utah and Nevada flags at the White House.

Tell them that you will give Harry Reid the NATIONAL REPUBLICAN HONOR AWARD for his good work on behalf of the Bush White House.

Tell them that old people are taking up air, and Social Security is over.

Tell them you want to kill all women who choose abortion.

Tell them you will send all mean bloggers to prison…..*somewhere*.

Tell them you want to stone all mexicans and blacks.  Except for their maids, gardeners and trash pickup.

Tell them you are going to expand Area 51 and declare Utah the Voice For God.

Tell them that everyone in America is ready for the OWR

….because you now realize there is only one true church.

(You know it’s not really a church. But, the money is good.)  Don’t tell them that part.

Tell them gaming, 24 hour prostitution is all good as long as taxes are paid.

Tell them you won’t open any new newspaper, TV station, or Bank unless it

falls in line.

Save these people John. I know you can do it.

Mitt taking thousands from Tobacco industry

Then this:   (AP) — Mormons have less heart disease — something doctors have long chalked up to their religion’s ban on smoking.

He also sits on the board of MARRIOT who is (was?)  *campaign* famous for x rated movies in their rooms.  Mormons don’t much like that either (they say).

So my question is this.

Mitt was a Mormon Bishop. A big one. How does this make any sense at all.

In my cirlces of trust, this is a  clear and present contradiction.

Then, his church turns out nearly 100% in Nevada for the caucus.

So, is this reeeealllly a church ? Or a club. Or something else.
