You should still speak your truth, and there’s no harm in holding hope, but recognize what you are hoping for.

Get yourself 12 of those cheap composition notebooks from the five and dime or walmart – whatever. Number each page, through 600.  Get 2 or 3 extra to do your addition in. Keep good records and write nicely. You will be happy you did.

First:

Make a chart with all the numbers of the ALPHAbet and their assigned numbers.

A=1

B = 2

C= 3

Z= 26

etc..

Still with me?  Keep that chart close, up front and center.

Second:

Start with your own name.

Write your name out horizontal
